Firm's profile
The firm has been established since 1993 without contribution of foreign capital with the intent to operate as a technical and engineering firm in the North Moravia region. It continues the activities of OŽANA Inženýring firm that has been established since 1991. Up-to-date the core of the firm is formed by three partners and the main firm activities are focused on realization of the project and deliveries using permanent production and assembly sub-suppliers in the region of Moravia and Silesia. The firm applies its own technical know-how in particular in the area of hydraulics including local electronic control systems and theatre technologies and collaborates with the renowned Czech and European firms either in engineering, or in the area of sub-deliveries with the aim to assure for the customer optimal utility of the equipment with high operational reliability and life service. The firm assures also service in full scope and repairs of the equipment supplied.
The basic firm activities (according to the trade licences) are:
- technical and economic activity
- installation, service and repair of technology equipment
- mediation of work and services
- consultancy and guidance in the branch
- purchase for the purpose of further selling, sales
- civil engineering of constructions
- realisation of constructions, their changes and removing
OCHI INŽENÝRING, spol. s r. o. owns 6 shares in nominal value 660 thousand CZK of the company CEDEKO CZ a.s.
Incorporation of the mentioned companies to BIC Ostrava, spol. s r. o. entirely coincides with philosophy to prefer projects with expressive innovation and development character with the purpose to create conditions for technical and economic effects at the end User. This activity is supported with a close collaboration under contract with the company BOSCH REXROTH, spol. s r. o. Brno, that is a subsidiary company of BOSCH REXROTH A.G. - first-quality worldwide Supplier of the hydraulic and pneumatic system and components.
